Steve McKamey has been a member of the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors since 2010 and is the President/Designated Broker of Pro Star Realty.  Mr. McKamey has held an active Real Estate Broker License since 1982. He specializes in the listing and sales of residential and commercial properties, asset management, and property management. Throughout his career Mr. McKamey has held seminars on residential sales, commercial sales and conducted large property marketing sessions. He is certified in many areas of real estate and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. 

  

 

 

 

Heather Winters Bull

Heather Winters Bull

Vice Chair

Heather Winters Bull was elected to the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors in July of 2013. Ms. Winters Bull is the Principal Fiduciary and Owner of The Families Advocate, LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Arizona University and has been an Arizona Supreme Court Licensed Fiduciary since 2001. Ms. Bull is also a National Certified Guardian and has dedicated her life to the service of the vulnerable community, participated on numerous legislative committees, presented educational seminars, and developed accounting and reporting programs to promote administrative transparency and efficiency in the management of client estates.  

  

 

 

Amy Winski

Amy Winski was elected to the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors in June of 2020. Ms. Winski is the owner of AmeriCapital, an Arizona Mortgage Banker that specializes in commercial real estate lending and assisting sometimes harder to place borrowers with their loans. She also has an Arizona real estate sales license and maintains insurance licenses. Ms. Winski has been active in financing commercial real estate since 1986.

Peter C. Connolly

Treasurer

Peter Connolly has served on the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors since 2007. Prior to joining the Board, he was a partner in a national CPA firm and a senior financial executive in an S&P 500 corporation. Peter, his wife and their two sons relocated to the Valley of the Sun in 1987.

Clifford L. Mattice

Director

Clifford L. Mattice joined the VALLEYLIFE Board in 2010 and is a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC, a law practice which covers municipal law, land use, government entitlements, and litigation.  Mr. Mattice graduated from Sunnyslope High School in Phoenix and the College of Law at Arizona State University.  He and his wife, Melissa, enjoy raising their two children in north central Phoenix.

 

 

 

 

James Wuensche

James Wuensche joined the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors in August of 2017 after previously participating in the VALLEYLIFE Advisory Board.  Mr. Wuensche has considerable experience in the areas of finance, accounting and general management.  Mr. Wuensche previously held the positions of Assistant Treasurer at a Fortune 5 financial services subsidiary, Treasurer of a Fortune 250 company, and Executive Vice President of a real estate development firm.

Cletus our President / CEO

Cletus Thiebeau

President & Chief Executive Officer

Cletus Thiebeau started his career with VALLEYLIFE in 1996 as a member of the VALLEYLIFE Board of Directors. In 2003, he accepted the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his work at VALLEYLIFE, Cletus had a distinguished career in the commercial financial services industry working with both national and international companies.

Cletus received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance at Florida State University and a master's degree in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. 

When asked how he feels about his work at VALLEYLIFE, Cletus states, “I have the best job in the world. I get the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people every day.”

 

 

 

Linda Miller our Chief Financial Officer

Linda Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Linda Miller joined VALLEYLIFE as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to her work at VALLEYLIFE, Linda spent more than 25 years in the nonprofit sector helping several organizations achieve and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Linda, a Certified Public Accountant, has presented at both national and government not-for-profit conferences and at Arizona State University’s not-for-profit management program. Linda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), and is a facilitator for the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD) CFO roundtable discussion forums.

Regarding her love of numbers, Linda says, “I’ve always enjoyed a challenge and I view accounting as a puzzle: When you get all the pieces put together in the right place, a very clear picture of the organization emerges.”
