VALLEYLIFE is committed to our member's personal choice and independence, and supporting each member to draw up their own Individual Service Plan so that emotional, physical, social and personal development needs are met.

Residential Programs:

We currently have 24 shared living homes located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. These homes are permanent residence for our members to live with up to three other individuals. The residential properties are barrier free and many are designed to accommodate the needs of those with physical challenges. All sites are licensed by Arizona Department of Health Programs (AZDHS) and the programs are monitored by Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We have in-house staff to help with ongoing effort to encourage independence, to improve social interactions, and to monitor complex medical needs, if needed.

Adult Day Programs:

Our Adult Day centers are located in eleven separate locations in the Phoenix metro area. Each center is unique and serve adults with developmental disabilities who want to improve their independent living, social, and recreational skills. There are a variety of enrichment programs from which to choose to encourage intellectual and social growth. A few are: computer training, volunteer services, visual arts, cooking sessions, and community involvement activities. Athletic pursuits including bowling, basketball, track and field, softball, and bocce ball are also available.
